They're good. They're spice rubbed and cooked without barbeque sauce. Delightfully salty!

Very similar to the Northern Style Spare Ribs at P.F. Chang's, if you've ever had those.

I think you have Yak and Yeti and Flame Tree BBQ ribs confused.

Flame Tree ribs are dry-rubbed. It means they're rubbed with a seasoning blend before being smoked, not basted in sauce.

The Yak and Yeti ribs have a Hoisin BBQ Sauce. I don't think they're dry-rubbed. However they're cooked, they are EXCELLENT.

I haven't tried Flame Tree ribs.
