Yak & Yeti Recipe: Fried Green Beans

I ate at Yak & Yeti twice during my recent trip. The appetizer, fried green beans, was delicious! I could have ate two servings at a time.

When I got home, I emailed Disney asking for the recipe. Just got a response today - Disney indicated that recipes were not being released from Yak & Yeti yet since they were too new and that it was not owned by Disney (implying Disney didn't have control over releasing the recipes - which I understand). However, I REALLY loved that appetizer. Anybody have a similar recipe to tie me over until my next trip to the world

I wonder if it is the same as the green beans from Fridays? They are out of this world!

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, yet TGI Fridays serves Green Bean Fries as an appy and also frozen at Sam's Club.
