Yak & Yet Korean Beef spicy?

This looks very good to me but thanks to a horrible reflux problem I can't do spicy...
If it is can they tone down spice?

My wife got it last time at Yak and Yeti and it was her favorite entree there yet (and we love Yak and Yeti). She says it was amazing. I tried it too, and it wasn't very spicy at all.

I like spicy food and didn't consider it spicy at all, just very good. You can ask to have them make it not spicy and they probably can.

I didn't find it spicy myself. But did have some good flavor.

My wife got it last week. I didn’t consider it spicy. In fact my garlic noodles with seafood were more spicy I think.

It is one of my fav's, so delicious. Not spicy to me.
