YAK and YETI??

when i went down to disney world last we saw the yak and yeti being constructed just wanna know what kind of food they have and what style it is served?

The best yak in all of Disney World.

The food is definitely Asian, but I think it is more based upon Tibetian and Mongolian food.

We really enjoyed it in January and have ADPs for it in July.

Well.. I wouldn't call it Chinese or Japanese.. There are some dishes that were traditional Chinese dishes, but there is MUCH more than that.. the BBQ ribs are great.. I would think they are more Mongolian.. My guess (since I have never been to the real location in Asia) is it is more of Mongolian style food maybe Tibet as PP said.. I didn't feel like I was eating chinese food or japanese food when I was eating there. But I guess if you ordered the right dishes I could see where that may be possible.
