Yak and Yeti Menu Change

It's been several years since we been to the world. One of our favorites restaurants was Yak and Yeti and we were excited about getting a reservation this coming trip. Saw one change with the menu that we are absolutely devastated about... that the steak and tempura shrimps not longer on the menu. Will they still offer this if we mention it to them or it's a non negotiable? Is anything on there menu comparable?

If something is not on the menu then it is highly unlikely that they have the ingredients in the kitchen. I would highly doubt they would or could make it for you.

The current menu on the Disney site doesn't have any shrimp tempura dishes listed so while you can ask, it is extremely unlikely.

That was a great dish. Haven’t been there in years either though.
