I had a 11 am ADR, and they were taking walk-ups on that day, too, in early June. You could ask for just about any time, and they penciled you in.

According to the menu on AllEars it is a Cantonese sweet and sour sauce. My husband isn't a veggie eater and I wanted to eat the veggies on his plate so bad but I just didn't have the room. This time I'm saving some room for those veggies!

Wow! I've never seen a sweet and sour sauce look like that. It looks like shrimp cocktail sauce in the photo. Anyhow, I'll have to ask them to put it on the side just in case.... it's weird.

It isn't your typical sweet and sour. My husband says it is much richer and almost tomato based. If you are concerned, I agree that you should get it on the side. My husband thinks that it was perfect for the dish. It has been 8 months since he had it and he is still drooling over it.

I am so excited to see all the rave reviews on Y&Y. We are going to eat here on our AK day. The ribs look amazing and my family and I LOVE pot stickers so I know what our app. is going to be . Can anyone tell me if they ever had any of the lo mein noodle dishes and if so how was that? That sounds really good, but sounding good doesn't always mean that it will actually be good.

Since bad chinese places can usually make a decent lo mein, I'd try something else. I can vouch for the mahi mahi that Chell's hubby drooled over and also the steak and shrimp. Way too much food, but one of the best steaks I've had.

And don't forget the Green Beans!!!!!!!!!!! My dd 12 and I still talk about them, and we're thinking of going to the bar area anytime we're in AK, just to get a snack.

I like the pho. But I am a big fan of basil, cilantro and jalapenos.

Same here. I love to be able to make it as spicy as I want it to be.
