Yak and Yeti at 4:45?

We're planning on going to the Yak and Yeti after our Animal Kingdom day. It looks like the latest reservation we can get is going to be at 4:45pm. That's ok for us, we usually aim for 5pm. My concern is... are they going to be rushing us out of there, because 5pm is closing time?

On another note... the AllEars kids menu says:
Mini Burger
Vegetable Lo Mein
Chicken Bites
Egg Roll

Can anyone expand on that?

We didn't feel rushed in any way, but we felt pretty ignored. There were only two other parties in there at the time, but we hardly ever saw our server. Let the manager know about an issue with the food and we were just told, "tell them you want it without bean sprouts next time" and she was gone.

I think the kids menu is spot on. I also wanted to add that they have chocolate pudding and ice cream sundaes for their dessert.
