Yachtsmen Steak House on VKL vouchers?

Can anyone with a recent VKL voucher please verify for me if Yachtsman Steak house is included? The notation about Yachtsmen Steakhouse says it's not open for lunch, so does that mean you can use the voucher for dinner there, or is it effectively taking it off the list of allowed restaurants ( in which case, why is it even shown there!). Thanks for checking- those are 2 restaurants I want to try this November.

I would assume that if it is not open for lunch, then you can't use a VKL voucher there. That seems logical to me.

Then why would it have been listed at all?! That was my confusion!
