Yachtsman's vs. Le Cellier for 20th wedding aniversery dinner

Never been to la cellier but love love love Yachtsman. Plan on going 2x on our trip this summer. Enjoy and happy anniversary.

I'll get into trouble.... neither.

Best Steak? Shula's, the Dolphin. Go for the Caesar, a stunning Filet, split sides, and get the Molten Lava Cake :).

Of the two LISTED picks? Oh please - go to Yachtsman.
All personal opinion - I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

Not done Yachtsman but we really enjoyed Le Cellier. However we didn't get steak we got lots of little plates and made up a meal from it. We got the cheese soup, amazing asparagus (still dreaming about it), smoked mac and cheese and poutine. So good!

try to get a reservation at Le Cellier but if unavailable is the Yachtsman's just as good or better.
We've eaten at both. Without question, Yachtsman is far better than Le Cellier.

We ate at Yachtsman on our Honeymoon in June and my husband is still talking about how personalized the service was and good the food was...so much so we are going back in May. Le Cellier is tasty but I feel like it is more hustle and bustle and since it is in the park there is a bit more of a rush to turn the table over. If you are going to spend the money to put yourself into a well deserved meat coma you might as well take your time doing it I say!

We're doing our date night at Le Cellier. We did this the last time we were there and we loved it. We thought the food was great and the atmosphere was really neat. If the food is what's most important to you, then it sounds like Yachtsman would be the way to go. We know there are better restaurants at the resorts but we want to stay in the parks and have some fun. Catching a bus and back kinda kills the fun for me. I'd rather spend that time walking through the parks with my husband. :)

Happy Anniversary! We've done both several times but Yachtsman's is much better and doesn't even compare! Steak quality is better and the atmosphere is better IMO. However, if it's the convenience of not leaving the park, than it makes sense to do LeCellier.

Happy Anniversary!

In 2014 we celebrated our 20th at Narcoosses. Which was one of the best meals I've ever had. I really wanted to go to Yachtmen this time but think we are going to Paddlefish. I would definitely pick Yachtsmen.

I'd go Yachtsman over Le Cellier.

However, as someone earlier suggested, California Grill is also a great option. Very special view if you're seated with an MK view, and viewing the fireworks from their patio is beyond anything I've experienced before. Also, if you're a steak lover, the oak-fired filet of beef with duck fat marble potatoes was like eating food crack. It was amazing. We wanted to lick the plate (we as in everyone at the table who was lucky enough to get a bite from the few who ordered it...I loved my dish, but that steak was divine).

We've eaten at both...and love both. But my vote is Yachtsman for your special dinner! Congrats :)

Heading to WDW to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary with wife and my 14 and 17 yo on 12/27/2017. I am going to try to get a reservation at Le Cellier but if unavailable is the Yachtsman's just as good or better.

We don't understand why people would go to Le Cellier for normal dinners, let alone a celebration dinner.

Le Cellier is the best restaurant that I've tried on the Disney properties.
I just canceled la cellier! I may have to rebook it lol. 1 there, 1 Yachtsman and 1 narcoosee's. Off to see if it is still available!
