We are in the final stages of planning our summer trip, our first time on the deluxe dining plan. This dinner will be on one of our 2 Epcot evenings. We dined at LeCellier in 2006 and really enjoyed it, but we haven't been back since it became a signature. We have never tried Yachtsman's. Which would you choose and why?

Thanks!

We have also only been to Le Cellier, in 2007. While we thought it was good, we don't think it's worth 2TS. I did pick Yachtsman because in the reviews I have seen, it looks and sounds amazing!

I've eaten at both and prefer yachtsman, IMHO the food is better along with the atmosphere.

We've ate at Yachtmann's our last 2 trips. Both times I come out thinking...it is good...but not great. I just really don't like their steaks as well as other places.

I have eaten at LeCellier our last 4 trips. The first 3 times at supper...now that it is 2 credits we ate there at lunch this last December. I always love their steak.

Artist Point & Calif Grill both have an amazing steak. Wonderful flavor.

I also think Flying Fish which can walk to from Epcot is awesome! This meal was tops!

We have already tried FF, AP and CG. We have decided to repeat CG this trip, and while we are tempted to also repeat FF, we also want to try new things...so we are more inclined to try Yachtsman before going back to FF.

Thanks everyone! Looks like we're going to go with our gut and give YSH a try!

I said Yachtsman's for the mere fact that you said you never tried it. You already know what to expect from Le Cellier. Now if lunch was an opition, Le Cellier is still 1 Dining Credit I think...

We liked LeCellier but I can't see wasting 2 credits...atmosphere can be noisy and crowded and simply not worth it...MHO. As for Yachtsmen, we just dined there last October for the first time. The steaks, we thought, were better and the restaurant itself is much more relaxing.

Yachtsman is way better. I agree with an above poster- I wouldn't use 2 of my dining credits at Le Cellier

I would definitely try Yachtsman since you haven't yet. And if you have the time go to Le Cellier for lunch since it will only cost 1 TS credit. We are also trying Yachtsman next trip since we couldn't fit it in last time, and I am trying to work in Le Cellier since we all enjoyed it last year. The bread, the soup, the filet. Yum :)
