Yachtsman Steakhouse?

Le Cellier is only a better "bang for your buck" meal at lunch. Dinner there is 2 credits, just like Yachtsman.

Which is why I said ALOT depends on if you are using the DDP.

If I am using the DDP, the best value is lunch at Le Cellier. If not interested in lunch, I think the next best value is probably out of pocket at Le Cellier for dinner (and use that table service with another meal - possibly another signature meal). I think using the DDP at YSH (although may be the best meal), might be the worst value of the three choices).

Just my opinion though and both are excellent choices.

I just made reservations here and I'm curious how it compares to Le Cellier. This trip is completely spur of the moment, so no advanced planning. Obviously reservations at Le Cellier were out of the question (I tried), so I booked at the Yachtsman. Is it any good?

Much, much better. We love the Yachtsman and make it a point to have our last meal of each trip there.

So glad to hear this!!

I booked Yachtsman by chance for our kid-free night/10th anniversary celebration for me and DH. I was contemplting whether or not it would be worth it, with having to fork out for a babysitter (one of the kids is too young for cubs den at WL unfortunately, so a babysitter it is) - but I'm so excited now after hearing these good reviews!!

we love yachtsman--it's a must do for us!!

we recently discovered shula's as well and have fallen in major love with, but being that we normally do the dining plan--yachtsman will continue to appear on our ADR list for every trip! we bought the hawaiian red sea salt they use on their butter and i get garlic for our rolls at home--it's so good!!
