Yachtsman Steakhouse

My DH and I want to go to the Yachtsman when we are at WDW in September, the problem is my DH only wants to to bring shorts with him on our trip. I told him about the dress code, and now he doesn't want to go there.

Are shorts considered proper attire at the Yachtsman???

When we booked for our trip in OCt of this year I was told business casual. But she explained it as no ribbed tank tops, cut off shorts or shorts with holes. She said shorts(dress) were ok but for men a polo shirt is preferred. But as long as your dressed nicely nothing ripped. You should be ok according to my CM that I talked to.

My DBF wore khaki shorts and a polo shirt last year to Yachtsman and we were just fine, like TSM1993 said no ripped or cut off clothes or clothes with holes in them.

He'll be fine if they are nice shorts with a polo.
