For the best steaks on property, in this order:
Shulas at the Dolphin (better than a Mortons or Ruth Chris), expensive but worth it. Sharing the sides is quite common and I gather that they have some mighty hungry steak lovers who can handle even the most robust side of beef!
Yachtsman Steakhouse at The Yacht Club, almost as good as Shulas -- probably closer to Morton's or Ruth Chris, similar pricing to Shulas
Concourse Steakhouse at the Contemporary, moderately priced, can be a bit noisy because Chef Mickey is next door but it is neat to have the monorail passing by. Very good food and a facorite for steak on the MK end of the property, this restaurant has improved quite a bit if you have not been there is a while.
Le Cellier (Canada) at Epcot, moderately priced, very good food.
