Yachtsman Steakhouse...Choice or Prime!

During our steak dinner this evening my family and I were discussing the three different grades of beef...Select, Choice and Prime. We are traveling to WDW in a few weeks and have reservations for Yachtsman Steakhouse. We have dined there in the past and have always had great meals. However, I always assumed that they only serve PRIME steaks due to the fancy aging room and the $40 + steak prices. Does anyone know what grade of beef they serve Choice or Prime? Thanks.

Thanks! I figured that for a $40 + price tag I would be getting a prime steak! I was looking at the menu and noticed that they have a "prime" strip steak. Why would they put prime in quotations if it really was prime?

They claim to have a (1) prime steak on the menu (at least occasionally) but I have my doubts.

Last year I had the ribeye and it was delicious but if it is not a prime steak I feel like the steak is overpriced.

I believe it's mostly choice--with once in awhile a "prime" steak available.

I concur with this and that's why I usually get the Lamb. They've caught on and started raising the price on that as well.
