Does anyone have any pictures or reviews of this dish offered at the Yachtsman Steakhouse? Interested but want more information before I consider ordering.
I ordered that on our trip last December. We did a dining review about it. Here's the picture and what I thought of it.
I ordered the Australian Wagyu which was a 10 ounce strip loin served with truffle mashed potatoes and a cabernet reduction. I was disappointed with the Wagyu beef. I had never had any sort of "high end" marbled beef before, so this was my first experience. It had good flavor but it was a little chewy for my tastes. Perhaps that is normal for this type of beef, I'm not sure.

We had it in January. While it was good, we were disappointed overall. It just doesn't live up to the hype. We wouldn't order it again - but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try it.
