Do either of you know if there is a lot of waste on the steak? Obviously, I know there is a bone but is it still a lot of steak? My husband can eat "a lot" of meat. Just wondering if we should get 2 individual steaks instead.
I'd go for individual steaks to get the most bang for your buck. And we have to do it out of necessity because my boyfriend is a medium well guy and I'm as rare as possible.

there is a review on the dining reviews boards that shows it very recently. the 999 meals but room for one more review, at the end. She is a great reviewer too, a lot of fun to read. They shared that steak between 3 people (her, husband, daughter). IT looked like there was no waste but the bone but they do cut it for, which she thought dried it out a bit. If your husband wants to eat a HUGE steak then I'd get the 18oz kansas strip for him and 10oz filet for you and you can share if you both want both cuts.
