We've eaten at Shula's and Le Cellier when we have fancied a steak. We've never tried YSH and since we will be staying at the YC thought about giving it a try.

If you have eaten here, what are your thoughts. We will also be eating at The Bluezoo.

I've mentioned it on the boards before, but I'm not a fan. We had poor service and it was noisy & overcrowded.

I felt the seafood was mediocre at best, and DH felt the steak could have been better. The salad I had to start with was disgusting - old, dry and tasteless. We won't be returning - and I was very disappointed that this was classed as a "signature" restaurant.

Thanks Frances ~ I have heard very poor reviews on the boards about this restaurant. YC will be the first hotel we arrive at during our stay. I was thinking for ease it would make more sense to eat here.

We've never quite made it to the Yachtman's Steakhouse, but we do love the Crew's Cup Lounge (next door). If you're desperate for a steak, you can order one from the restaurant and have it served up in the bar. We've been put off by negative reviews, but I always like to try places for myself, so we'll probably make it there one day.

bluezoo is very good. I've got past the raving about it stage, having eaten there a couple of times, but I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We ate there last Nov. and had the best steaks ever!! You could literally cut them with your fork if you wished. Tender and flaverful.

We love this restaurant, and try and always make two trips per visit to disney. We have never had a bad meal.

We have noticed it has been much busier than it used to be, but thats probably due to the dining plan.

I will be ringing disney later to get an ADR for Xmas.

Regards

Paul

What a lot of mixed reviews. I still really fancy trying YSH and since we are going to be staying in the YC I think I will put it on my list of ADRS.

I'm definitely doing the YSH when we go there, I have to say I haven't heard too many negative comments/reviews about it, on the contrary, I've had a glowing report from a friend who went there and plans to go again this year and feedback generally seems to be very ggod to excellent.

Give it a go!
