Yachtsman or Ale/Compass for dinner one night?

Tiffins is good, but I personally prefer to eat/drink in Nomad lounge.

V&A? Probably one of the only restaurants that can compete with or even surpass Chicago fine dining. Maybe not Next, Alinea or El Ideas... but right up there.

We've actually not eaten at those here in Chicago! Slightly intimidating and very hard reservations to get!
