We ate at Le Cellier in December and YSH just last month. We felt YSH was way better. We like Le Cellier, it was good enough, but YSH was amazing...absolutely perfect!
DW and I are split on this one. While we enjoy them both, she thinks Le Cellier has the edge, while I like YS a little better. You really won't go wrong with either! We plan to try Shula's on our upcoming visit, but everyone seems to love it.
If you're able to go off property for an evening, and DH really, REALLY loves steak, then you should plan a visit to Charley's Steakhouse (there's one in Kissimmee, one on International Drive, and another near the airport). We think it's the best steak we've ever had, bar none. You'll see it listed from time to time in rankings of top steakhouses in the country. We usually make reservations ahead of time to eat there on the day we arrive in Orlando.
How is YS for honoring PSs on time? Our experience with Le Celliar is that it is quite a wait to be seated. Worth it, mind you, but we're going to try YS this trip and I'm just curious about the wait.

We arrived a few minutes early for our PS at Le Cellier(4:20) and had a short wait, maybe 15 minutes. But, it was Christmas Eve, so thats expected.
At YSH we arrived about 15 minutes early for our 7:00pm PS and were seated in under 5 minutes.
