Yachtman or California Grille??

My wife and I have already made all of our ADR's for our trip in September with my 4 year old son. It's his first time to WDW! We booked the Yachtman because we liked the looks of the menu and thought our son might like it, but now we are questioning that decision...as compared to California Grille. My son loves trains and if we are going to use 2TS credits on one meal we want to make it worth our while. So, any advice would be appreciated. Do you think Yachtman or California Grille?? We have never been to either.

Both are very good, but the view from California Grill and the fireworks, edge out Yachtsman for us.

I would think Cali Grill is better....
Giant windows with an awesome view to look out...
If he gets antsy you can walk him out to observation deck
for a look while you wait for food...

come back if your still up to watch wishes...if you dine there that
day....you can come back at wishes time..

I would pick California Grill. We eat here on every trip and have never been disapointed.

We have eaten at both and yes California Grille has a great view but we thought it was too loud. Yachtmans is our favorite place to eat when we go to the world. We have and ADR for Yachtman's May 28th and I am so looking forward to it.

Actually, we are torn between the two as well. We are making an ADR for Narcoossee's because that is our favorite Disney restaurant so far. But we also want to try something new out. I think I might choose Yachtman's just because I've never been to the Yacht Club and it gives me an excuse.
