Yacht club to Hoop-Dee-Do?

Looking at a January vacation at the Yacht club. Our first night there, we are doing Hoop - dee -do. How do we get there? WE will be at EPCOT in the afternoon, so could go from there if that is easier. I'm not sure if we'll have a car, or need to use Disney. Please help with directions for:
1. Direction to HDD from YC and back using Disney
2. To HDD from EPCOT, back to YC using Disney
3 Directions from YC and back if we rent a car.

One way is to catch a bus to the MK and then take a boat to FW, this is only good if the MK is open while you are at the HDDR. Give yourself at least on hour to make the trip using Disney transportation! From Epcot take the monorail to the T&TC, take the FW bus from there, it takes you almost to the front door of the revue.
