Yacht club concierge lagoon view

Hi Everyone, we're staying at yacht club concierge Lagoon view and were wondering if you can recommend the "better" rooms to ask for when we get there? I am SO excited and have heard a lot of good things. Thanks everyone! Helen

We received a room right down the hall from the concierge lounge. The hallways are long and winding at the YC and being near the lounge also means that you are close to the elevators, there is nothing like getting to bed ASAP after a long Disney day ( which I think is better than a short work day!)

We stayed in room 5129 at the YC Concierge in June for our honeymoon and it was fabulous! The view from our room was directly in line with the lighthouse. We saw the entire Boardwalk complex, Crescent lake and the EPCOT fireworks. The room did not have a day bed (as we were only 2 people.. so it didn't mater) Location was very good, only steps from the lounge and the food was really yummy!! Especially the oatmeal cookies.... STAFF was great!!!

The lagoon view rooms are all good, if you want to be closer to the elevators / lounge, then request a room in the first corridor. they would start with 51xx
the rooms in teh second corridor start with 52xx

I styed in 5181 once, it is just about in the middle of the first corridor, 2 queen beds, a nice open view!

the second corridor is over storm a long bay, the view is a bit more dramatic imho. I like it better,
but to lots of people closer is more important.

5183 is where we stayed. Not that far from the lounge, but far enough not to hear anything. View was directly over back entrance of hotel, maybe slightly to the left. Great unobstructed view of Crescent Lake, the lighthouse, and Boardwalk complex. Sitting on the balcony people watching and boat watching at the end of the day was wonderful. You'll love this place. The CMs are great. You'll want to go back again and again. At night the lights across the lake are beautiful.
