We went to Disney World in October and had a blast. We'd planned to wait until our next trip until 2011. I talked to DH this weekend, we did some number crunching, and he agreed that we could go in September 2009 IF they offer free dining this year! Holy Cow. YAY!

If they don't do free dining for some reason, make sure you total the value of whatever offer they have vs free dining and show that to your DH - free dining isn't necessarily the cheapest way to go. For example, if you get 40% off a room and have to pay for the dining plan (if you guys like the plan) that could (depending on your resort) be a bigger savings than free dining. Just throwing that out just in case!

Congrats though on getting your DH onboard!! My DH finally broke down and agreed to DVC - so now we're going 2 or 3 times a year and even that doesn't seem like enough!
