Phyllis drops by to see Daniel, Tawny walks in just as Phyllis starts to badmouth Amber. Tawny demands to see Amber and Eric then threatens to call the cops, Phyllis makes a threat of her own knowing Tawny abandoned Eric. Phyllis starts seeing Amber in a new light and tells Tawny to get lost before she calls the cops on herCane calls over Malcolm, Neil, Jill and Olivia in order to talk more about Lily's options, things quickly get out of control when Malcolm and Neil get into a huge fight. Jill asks the brothers to take it outside while she and Olivia calmly talk w/ Lily and Cane. Later, Malcolm is shown telling Tucker he can no longer be his moleTucker and JT are talking business while Reed is at a table playing with his toy car, unknowing to JT, Victor lures Reed away then pretends to find him later on. Tucker and JT realize what Victor did, JT heads off to court while Tucker makes a call to the courthouseVictoria and Nikki are in court wondering where JT could be. The judge is handed a note just as JT walks in, the judge knows why JT was late and tells Victoria she should be ashamed of herself. Victoria has no idea what is happening until JT tells her, the judge awards JT full custody again! Nikki informs Victor his actions cost Victoria custody of Reed, he realizes Tucker ratted him out. Tucker says JT is like family to him, he's a good guy. Victor makes his threats like always
