Y&R take 3 - SPOILERS inside

Please!! After everything Jana and Co,. did for Kevin, there is no way the writers could convince us that Kevin would ever believe Jana willingly left him. He would be way more smart than to believe that one. He'd have to know something was up.

ITA!!!! The decorating at Brad's house has driven me nuts for years and I was looking forward to something new!!! :sad2:

I am bothered by the decorating at Phyliss and Nick's -- I know its the tack house but please - he is some huge exec at Newman and this is the best he can have. And there is no way Phyliss would have a country blue couch and all the country looking furniture.

On the sperm debacle ting. I remembered that is how Ashley became pregnant. Sperm was stolen, switched. Don't remember all of it. But here it was brought up that Kyle was born to Dianne as part of the whole switcheroonie as well. So, since they had the same vial o'Victor at the same time, the kids should be the same age.

There were a lot of turkey basters flying around the set.

I only know the Diane that was on today- WELCOME BACK!!!!! I loved her character. We need another spitfire on the show!

I liked the original Diane, but that is because I have fond memories of the Paul/Andy/Diane/Terry Lester as Jack days. I'm just glad to see any Diane back, with Kyle! Even if they did forget to SORAS him.......

So Lauren is drugged and comes on to Paul-kind of looking forward to that! I hope Paul stops it though. I love Lauren and Michael, and Paul and Nina.

From SOD/SOW Articles!

The Beginning of the End for Adam!

For months, the walls have been closing in on Adam. This week, the jig might finally be up for the nefarious Mr. Newman.

As everyone wonders where Adam has suddenly disappeared off to, Nick shows Sharon Skye's diary which proves what a deceitful manipulator Adam really is. At first, Sharon is in denial and she doesn't want to hear what Nick has to say. Sharon understands that Adam has done bad things in the past, but so has everyone else in town. She thinks they're all just picking on Adam -- something the Newman family does quite frequently.

Another reason Sharon is in denial over Nick's accusations: Phyllis. She doesn't trust Phyllis at all and she knows most of Nick's suspicions are being fueled by "Red."

Nick tries to get Sharon to read the diary, but Sharon refuses. Frustrated, Nick takes matters into his own hands and starts reading it out loud to her. At first, Sharon tries not to listen, but after hearing a few passages the awful truth begins to sink in. In the diary, Skye confirms that Adam knew about Dr. Taylor's abuse of women.

Understandably, Sharon is devastated because she hates being lied to. Lies were the reason her marriage to Jack ended and her marriage to Nick was destroyed by lies as well. Knowing that Adam wasn't honest with her is very upsetting.

As Sharon tries to process this damning information, Nick implores her to leave with him. Sharon, however, doesn't like the idea. She tells Nick that she doesn't need him to protect her anymore and she is more than capable of handling Adam herself.

After Nick leaves, Sharon thumbs through the diary and she becomes more and more angry by what she reads. "It's pretty obvious that Adam knew about Skye being molested by Dr. Taylor and that sickens Sharon," says Sharon Case.

Sharon wants Adam to return home so she can confront him, so she calls his cell phone and leaves a message. She masks her anger and plays it totally cool, hoping that Adam will feel comfortable enough to come back home.

So... where IS Adam? Turns out it's the anniversary of his mother's death and he needs some time alone. "He's really thinking about the man he is and what Hope would think about him," explains Michael Muhney.

Later in the week, Sharon and Ashley both experience frightening dreams which lead to stunning revelations. Sharon's dream consists of flashbacks from past events with Adam as well as things about her baby and other things in her life.

And Ashley's dream? Explains Eileen Davidson, "Ashley is really anxious about getting the results of the text done on the bloody purple cloth." As she waits, she drifts away to dreamland and begins to remember some shocking things that were buried in her subconscious...

Thank goodness! I hope this baby swap mess is almost over, and that Sharon and Ashley are shown as strong women during the rest of this fiasco!

from Soapcentral:

Muhney reportedly near the end of his run as Adam
Posted Monday, March 01, 2010 1:55:26 PM
by Dan J Kroll

Though his on-screen persona is pretty much universally despised, Michael Muhney has earned rave reviews for his performance as The Young and the Restless' Adam Wilson. Now, however, rumors are questioning whether or not the actor will remain a fixture in Genoa City.

Questions are swirling regarding Michael Muhney's (Adam Wilson) future with The Young and the Restless. According to at least one published report, the actor could very well exit the show in the upcoming weeks.

"I'm not sure what the responses will be to what happens next, but it's been a fun ride," Muhney tells soapcentral.com. "I'll always be fond of having the opportunity to shake things up in Genoa City. Personally, it can be quite difficult at times playing the antagonist and pariah on this show. I knew I was up for some beatings, both on- and off-screen. A special thanks to those who never made it personal."

Adding to the uncertainty were recent posts Muhney made on his Twitter page about auditions for the primetime pilot season.

"Met for the lead in a pilot for ABC today, and my old pals who 'tested' me for the lead of Scrubs wanna see me for the lead in a sitcom tomorrow," Muhney tweeted.

Among the series Muhney has auditioned for is a remake of the 1970s cop series, Hawaii Five-0, though the actor says he did not get the part.

TVGuide Canada, meanwhile, reports that Muhney only inked a one-year contract when he took over the role of Adam last summer. The former Veronica Mars star assumed the role of Adam when Chris Engen abruptly exited the show due to personal and creative differences.

For his part, Muhney tells Soaps In Depth that he always keeps an ear to the ground -- just in case.

"Let's just say that every day that I work here, I treat it as if it were my last," Muhney states. "I love this job, but let's just say I'm an equal-opportunity job-seeker."

While his alter ego is one of the show's most hated characters, Muhney has repeatedly earned praise for his acting talents. The actor earned an Outstanding Newcomer nomination in the 2010 Dankies, the soapcentral.com awards.

"I really wanted to thank most of you for your kind treatment and support of my portrayal as Adam Newman. It is comforting knowing most of you realize there's a real person, just like you, behind my name," Muhney said in a statement exclusively to soapcentral.com. "Your critiques have been appreciated and your compliments uplifting. And I really respect the folks who, while not appreciating Adam or Shadam, they voiced their opposing opinions in dignified ways. There are a lot of class acts on this site, and I really am humbled by your level of devotion to Y&R."

Muhney made his first appearance on The Young and the Restless in June 2009. A CBS spokesperson declined to comment on Muhney's rumored exit.
