The other reason I think Chance is alive is that he went down cold with a shot to the stomach. Eyes shut and no movement imediatly...that's not how stomach wounds work. They can take days to kill you. Only a shot to the head or heart would have somebody dead within seconds or instantly like Chance went down.

But both of these could be just really bad writing.......which I why even though I think he is still alive based on the scene we saw, you never know what the writers have in their heads! I think Ronan and Chloe are doing a great job with the story, though!

Anyway!...I'm SO in agreement! Chance cant be dead. (not that I'm not thrilled...he was really getting on my nerves...especially when he was paired with Heather...how much do they pay for all that bad acting at CBS?? ) There's gotta be more to the story than that! I'm sure Chance and Ronan cooked up a scheme like--Chance's relentlessness lead Ronan to have him recruited into the FBI for this case only! (....plz...plz...lets get past this S/L, and on to something that's interesting!) BTW...why are they giving Christine such a hard time??....hvnt these people ever heard of the term FBI? spy? and covert operations? Dont they know that when secrets are spilled....people die!! (I heard that in a spy movie somewhere...maybe one of the Bruce Willis flicks...)

Props for Nina-Tricia Cast! She's great! What an actress!!...she plays outrage and grief and all that.....that....that rage quite well!

...and I'll say it again (do I say this for every post?)....Billy Miller deserves an Oscar (did he get an Emmy this year for playing Billy? Did he ever get one for playing Annie's brother on AMC?)...well he needs a SuperEmmy....the Emmy of Emmy's!! He's comical, he's obnoxious, he's serious, all while not taking himself seriously!! I love Billy (the actor) and Billy (the character!)!!! [/COLOR]

Sophia and Neil are at odds over business, Tucker forces them to sort out their differences. They agree to call a truce Victor tells Nikki he took responsibility for the bribe, she tells him that all he taught Victoria was never to trust him again At the wake, Chloe is mean to Billy then to Esther and then to Kevin who tries to get her to grieve, she's mean to him Abby tells Victor she's dropping the suit, he gloats about it while Tucker advises Abby to take a risk, don't drop the suit! Jill tells Jack to be careful with Tucker, Jack sees when Tucker talks to Victoria. Tucker offered Victoria a job at Jabot! Nikki comes back home w/ a headache, pours herself a drink but resists temptation. Meggie sees, continues spiking her drink Jill has a toast in honor of Chance, during the toast Katherine starts to feel dizzy and nearly faints. Everyone starts to worry

Next - Heather snaps at Chloe who apparently does not want Heather at Chance's funeral; JT tells Victoria he thought nothing could top her being arrested on her wedding day, but having a baby in jail; Christine and Ronan show up at the funeral

JT finds out that Victoria is pregnant, he tells Victoria she'll never be free of Victor. Nikki asks that Victoria acknowledge the fact Victor accepted his mistake, Victoria refuses to be forgiving of the fact she was arrested on her wedding day for something she did for Victor. Chloe insults Heather for being at Chance's funeral then insults Paul for saying this is not the place to fight, Katherine gets pissed and tells both Heather and Chloe to shut up! The funeral is held, it is a closed casket ceremony After the funeral, Ronan and Christine show up and face everyone's wrath. Owen wants to know how Ronan got out, Ronan says he was released thanks to Christine and he's FBI. Ronan explains Chance wore the wire, Owen and the rest are busted! Christine tries to explain to Nina but Nina is pissed Back at the Chancellor mansion, everyone is talking about Katherine's health and how fragile she looks. Esther says she has been taking too much on and trying to be strong for everyone. Katherine gets annoyed by everyone's concern but then passes out in Tucker's arms

Next - Brock and Tucker clash at the hospital; Katherine tells Murphy about prolonging life and death; Christine continues to face Nina's wrath

There you have it. Chance wore the wire=they were working together. Which no doubt means Chance is still alive and this was all a set-up.

You guys are wonderful! (I love my disboard family) Thanx so much for the well wishes! I realized my Dad needed more of my attention when he was changing a lightbulb. Even though he wasnt hesitant abt climbing the ladder, he couldnt really climb comfortably or balance once he was on it...and it was only one of a few little things I noticed that day. All those little things just made a BIG impact!! I was so sad with all I saw....I knew I couldnt wait for him to ask me...I had to just be there for him!! Honny, you are so right, it's hard seeing the strongest man in the world struggle like that. I'll be praying for your dad as well!

oh soapnut i totally misssed your post about your father.

I hope he's doing well now. it's hard when you're parents get older and you have to make the adjustment from daddy can you help me to daddy let me do that.

sometimes i forget my father is 80 until i see him doing somthing and i jump in and say no no i'll do it.

makes me really glad we live with them - i'd hate to think of him climbing up a ladder to put the christmas lights up in a few weeks - dh and i will be doing it.

Tricia Cast (Nina) has always been SO good at crying and being sad and upset! But for some reason, she's always annoyed me. I don't know what it is though.

Thankfully, they have her grieving right now so I can tolerate her.
