How long does Y&R plan to keep her a robot ... reminds of that show my kiddos watched when they were little called SMALL WONDER and the little girl was a robot. :headache: :headache:

Billy and Victoria seemed a little sad that they are no longer married. :sad1:

Adam's grave?:confused3 I thought Victor shoved his casket out of the plane.

the da informed victor et al that adam was burried in a paulper's grave and that he gave up any rights to exume the body when he gave up the body

that's why in the preview of tomorrow's show it looks like the 3 amigos will be arrested

i have to admit i'm not liking Emily - i know she's been through hell but her acting as emily was much better before the stupid haircut - which i hate by the way it makes her look like a tool LOL

i LOVE Patty though - she's a complete nut job

Patty's hair looks much better now.

Patty is great, isnt she!!! But Girls!, part of her delicious craziness is that matted wig with the side part!!! popcorn:: I will agree…with the exception of Phyllis (when her hair is straight, I don’t like the curly), all the women’s hairdos are train wrecks as a general rule!

…and poor Emily!...clearly, she's pissed!..It’s been a rough couple of months. LOL!! Stuck in a mental hospital….begging for a DNA test …..husband cant tell the difference between her and the psycho (what kind of crazy lovin' is that?)….medical colleagues cant tell the difference between her and the psycho….brother of the psycho cant tell the difference between the psycho and her… :scared1: Heck!, I’d take a pair of craft scissors to my hair too!!!!

Didn't Victor push Adam's body off the plane? How can they do another test on the body?
the plane wasn't in the air it was in the hanger - my guess is that he had it collected and burried in a simple plot rather then beside his mother as he had planned

We’re gonna hafta get to the bottom of this! Because, as I recall, Victor was gonna bury him next to Hope but decided that Adam wasn’t deserving of that, and thru him off the plane!! There shd be material left from the original sample to do another DNA test, but they’re looking for different material so they can possibly have a different outcome, right? I cant imagine what they would use if the body is burned beyond recognition.

But our bottom line questions are-- When did the family give up the rights to the body? How did the county get the body and when did they bury it in the Potters Field? What did Victor throw out of the plane?

victor had a dentist (his or at least on his pay roll) come out and do dental impressions or something - they aren't looking at dna but dental proof.

when victor kicked the coffin out of the plane and abandid it i suppose the state or city had to take it and burry it. though i'm not sure why victor wasnt' charged with something because you can't just dumb a body even it if it in a box - it's illegal. so with that act he did give up rights to the body or at least thats what the da says.

nice grave site for a potters field - did you notice? nice grave stone and plaque too - he got much better attention then some homeless dude

I just read that PHYLLIS asks SHARON to move in with her and Nick! When I find the article I will post it!

Ok, so here's my thoughts....Adam wasn't planning to kill anyone. He wanted Sharon to go away with him so he thought if she learned from this man whose life he saved, that he did this unselfish act, that maybe she would go away with him. Unfortunately, Patti sees the "2nd Adam" in costume before Sharon could go to the basement to see them both. Patti doesn't know which one is which, and she doesn't want there to be 2 "bad men" so she stabs one, only it's the wrong one. Fearing he, Adam, would get the blame for this, he flees probably knowing that this man would be mistaken for himself. Knowing also, he now has a chance at a new life. This would help to redeem his character a little bit so the PTB can now have a reason to keep his character around since they've realized what a popular character he has become to the audience.
Oh, and I LOVE Victoria and Billy together!! I wasn't missing Lily/Cane storyline at all.

I'm sitting here laughing on how Nick and Jack have clean shirts after digging a grave and Victor still has his leather jacket on. They must really be neat diggers.:rotfl2:

something that bothers me is that Jana borrowed money and put up the coffee house against it.

well - she doesn't own it so how the hell was she able to do it??

Kevin is the owner and if i missed him giving her half when they got married then she still only owns half

BOTH of them would have to sign any loan papers if she's putting it up she can't do it by herself

Most joint ownership is "joint with rights of survivorship" which means that all owners have total ownership...it's not 50-50, 60-40, etc. Some banks will allow equity loans just based on ownership!!

Tiggern2, you are a wonderfully kind and forgiving soul!! Me?...I guess not so much! I think it was planned and executed just as Adam wanted!!!

Oh please...tick..tick..boom!! I really do not like her at all. I think it is the same actress who plays Eden! They look and sound so much alike and she acts like she is 17. At least exHeather didnt talk like a total valley girl LOL.

I love that Billy is still in Murphy's trailer LOL! Figured he would have moved into that penthouse that Amber was living in for a while.

And I am so afraid I am going to jinx it....but have not seen Gloria or Jeff much (have not watched todays). Not that I am complaining!;):scared1:

I really like Victoria and Billy together, and I also like nuAbby (even though she is a self-righteous brat) :)

It was good fun to see Survivor James as one of the policemen. :)

Billy is torn between Jabot, his magazine and Victoria this week when he learns that Tucker is plotting against Newman Enterprises.

It all starts when Billy and Victoria are getting hot and heavy in his trailer and their mothers (Jill and Nikki) pop in unexpectedly. "They just walk in," groans Billy Miller. "Of course, they're both upset. But does Billy really care?"

Nikki grabs Victoria and takes off with her. Nikki informs her daughter that Victor is leaving Genoa City to track down Adam's killer and he wants Victoria to run the family company while he's gone. Meanwhile, Jill's anger subsides when she assumes Billy is only using Victoria. "He doesn't correct his mom or deny it," explains Miller. "It's just, 'I know what I'm doing...'"

Jill shares juicy news with Billy about Tucker's plans to loosen the hold that Newman Enterprises has on the Asian cosmetics market. After Jill leaves, Victoria returns and tells Billy that she's in charge of her father's company. Billy then blabs to Victoria what his mother told him. "Victor left control of Newman to her and if this all happened while under Victoria's watch, it would be had," says Miller. "He's doing this for her. He does have feelings for her and he thinks it's the right thing to do."

Victoria thanks Billy and asks him to hold off on printing the story for her sake. Billy agrees -- for now. Victoria decides she needs to do damage control in Japan. While she's preparing for her trip, Billy stops by for a visit and he delivers bad news. "He tells her that Tucker caught wind that the information is out there and she should hurry up and settle this affair because Billy feels compelled to print the story," explains Miller. "He's got a business to run too."

Initially, Victoria is annoyed. However, her annoyance subsides when Billy smooches her and they end up having sex on Victor's desk. Later, Victoria rushes to make her flight to Tokyo and she's shocked to see Billy sitting in the seat next to hers when she boards the plane. "He's like, 'Hey, we had fun in Jamaica. Why don't we try a different continent?'"

However, does Billy want to help Victoria or is he angling himself to get a scoop? Shrugs Miller, "This is Billy Abbott. He's seriously looking into a story, but it takes a backseat to figuring out this relationship. What does he really have to gain or lose in this besides a story he'll get anyway? I think it's mostly about the girl."

Cane Sues Mac!

In a desperate attempt to save Lily, Cane sues Mac for the twins stem cells this week.

"It's an action of last resort," says Daniel Goddard. "Cane believes in his heart that he's doing the right thing."

At Devon's graduation party, Cane steps away to call Lily and he can tell by her voice that something is wrong. When Cane questions her, she admits that the treatments aren't working and she isn't getting better. In fact, she's getting worse.

After Cane hangs up, he shares the news with Malcolm, who agrees not to say anything to the others. "Malcolm and Cane are on the same page about this situation," says Goddard. "Cane put a contingency plan into effect. If he got the news from Lily that the trial in France wasn't working, he could then call his attorney and say, 'Let's pull the trigger on this. Let's sue Mac for the embryonic fluid.' Cane has no other recourse."

When Cane and Malcolm return to the party, Mac comes storming in with JT which brings the festivities to a grinding halt. "Mac is furious because she was served with the papers suing her for the embryonic fluid," explains Goddard. "She confronts Cane. She's like, 'What's going on? You're suing me?!'

JT sides with Mac, as does Neil -- much to Cane's chagrin. "Neil should be doing everything possible to save Lily, but he's taking the stance of, 'This is what Lily wants and this is what we should abide by.'"

Cane, however, is determined to do whatever it takes to save Lily's life. "The chance of hurting the children is miniscule. Cane's like, 'You're going to risk losing your daughter over this?' Malcolm feels the same way."

Cane tells Neil and Malcolm that even if Lily hates him for doing this, he's still going forward with it. "If she never talks to him again, so be it," explains Goddard. "Cane can't stand there and allow her to die, and if she hates him, then she hates him. He can't change that. But it's better if she hates him and lives than if she loves him and dies."
