XXXXXX Large DVC Logo Shirts

I have a question about DVC Logo shirts.. I have 2 buddies that have asked me to pick them up a couple of shirts while on a 3 day trip in a few months.. now they are both men of size if you know what I mean ( I could never use the word fat..LOL). Does anyone know if they offer shirts in the 3 and 4 X sizes???? I know that when I was there last time I had a hard time finding them a t-shirt let alone a nice pullover...

I have had a a very difficult time finiding them in XL much less anything bigger. I honestly don't remember if they went above XL or not. Good luck!

I haven't seen any and when we were @ SSR in August I asked a CM if there were any 3X's for my DH(6'6" and Pooh-sized) and she said she has never seen any above2X(they were small 2X's). We also looked @ OKW and BC shops-no luck either.I also requested larger sizes when i filled out the post-trip questionaire but am not holding my breath waiting for a response.

This was me last yr . I was wearing a 4x.. I had to talk to a mang and she searched the inventory to find me 4x shirts. I was only able to grab 2 in the Entire property .. Good thing is I just had gastric bypass and have dropped 58 lbs in the last month in half. So when I go in april , i wont have to worry about this anymore.. lol

offtheice, CONGRATS!! on dropping the 58#, very very cool. My buddies both look like line backers for the Raiders... Great guys but on the big side.... It does look like I'm not going to hold my breath though....

Thanks to everyone for your help... Do you think that if I called the gift shop at the resorts, they might give me some good news and if by some off the wall chance, they find a couple, do you think they'll mail them to me???

The largest I have seen DVC merchandise is XXL. These usually run fairly large, but there have been times an XXL runs quite small, so look carefully at the item before you purchase, it depends on the original manufacturer.

I usually wear an XXL myself, and most fit just fine to a little loose, but I have one that is very tight. I also have an "L" that fits just fine (Boy is that good for the ego ) I wish the manufactures would agree to a more standard sizing system.

Boy 58 ibs in a month and a half is quite a drop in such a short period of time, congrats. Boy I think that I am doing preaty good dropping 20 ibs in a four month period for a bodybuilding competition, but that is nothing compared to you. Keep up the good work and remember to go to the gym and work out because when you are losing that much weight so quick your body is losing a ton of muscle, so you want to keep your protein levels high along with a good work out regimen.

I KNOW you wanted specifically DVC logo shirts, but I wanted to share this just in case........

To find the "bonus sizes" in the parks, go to the biggest shops....The Emporium at MK, Mouseworks at Epcot (found a great selection there), I can't think of the Animal Kingdom store (Island something I think). I also found several at World of Disney at DTD (but they went upstairs and got them for me).

ALWAYS ask because the bigger ones fall off the hangers so they seem to get stuck in the stockroom a lot so you kind of have to beg. (plus they can do that electronic inventory query that you mentioned)

One other FYI...........XXXXL seems to be smaller than 4X in the shirts I have--probably just a different vendor but tight in my rearend nonetheless . I have also found 5Xs at the shops with more inventory but that is the highest I have seen.

I haven't decided if I am willing to go to the trouble but I might do this (for PERSONAL use only, not to sell--don't send the copyright police please): Purchase plain shirts and print out an iron-on transfer with our home resort logo on it and apply it to the t-shirts. You can buy that transfer stuff at Michael's, Wal-mart, or other craft stores......knowing me I will iron it on backwards, upside down, or something! Like I said, I haven't moved past "might do" yet.
