OP, I wouldn't give make-up unless you know exactly what they use. You could give them a GC to Sephora or Ulta so they can get their own.
For the 20 year old, I would suggest a gas GC of a fast food GC.
I would also do GCs for the younger boys, maybe a Target one since they have toys, electronics, video games.
I know GCs seem so impersonal but when you don't really know what someone would like it is a great option.
To the pp who asked about how much to spend. When we bought for our nieces and nephews we all decided on a $30 limit. We picked names and didn't want one kid to end up with a $100 gift and another to end up with a $10 one. We all decided a few years ago to stop giving to them all together. We just get the families together for a couple days to celebrate the holidays.
