Xbox Kinect?

We have an xbox, but are considering buying the kinect on black friday deals...$99 plus a game. Worth the upgrade? I know there's a disney game but are there many compatible games?

We just got it on the Costco site for $99 and it comes with 3 games. DD is getting that, a Dora dance game and a Sesame Street game. We will get the Disneyland game after the holidays - looks very cool! - as well as the Kinectimals.

I have seen a bunch of work-out style games and dance games.

I had one and sold it online, the one I had only came with one game (which sucked) and the whole thing seemed rather gimmicky to me. I also didn't appreciate having to jump up and down since it was in the basement and I hit my head on the ceiling. I also didn't like that it had a wire since my xbox is not sitting directly in front of my couch which is where the kinect needs to be located. Its a cool add-on the kids may like but don't expect it to revolutionize your life or anything. Apparently in a couple weeks the newest xbox ash board update will come out which will allow you to use your kinect to navigate the dashboard also so I guess that is something

We love the Kinect. We have Kinectimals which is super cute. I love Dance Central as well. For Christmas, we will be adding Disneyland and Just Dance 3

We like our Kinect a lot and they are coming out with more and more games. DS7 and his friend just played Disneyland for the first time today and they had a blast!
