I'm planning on getting the Xbox with Kinect for my sons (11 and 9 years old)this Christmas. But, which one should I get? Besides the obvious $100 price difference between the two (250 GB with hard drive or 4GB) how are they different? Which one would you recommend, and why? Thanks for any help.

I'm getting one for my DS too. We have one but my 17y/o son who actually received it told his 15y/o brother that he is taking it to college next fall...obviously this didn't go over very well:rotfl:
So, my 15y/o will be getting one this xmas. I choose the 250gb because the memory is huge...they play alot of games that require alot of storage. Plus I've heard the 250 is quieter and is an overall better system(cant' tell you why though).

Basically the only difference is the size of the hard drive. If I were you I would buy the cheaper model and then buy a used hard drive for extra storage. They're usually much cheaper.

Get the one with more memory and make sure it has a cooler built in or at least an attachment. Boys that age can store a lot of big games. Also, he'll want the on line package.
