Cut off stems and scrap off gills from underneath the mushroom.

Brown bulk italian sausage and the chopped up mushroom stems.

When browned, throw in a couple handfuls of fresh baby spinach, cook until wilted.

Add parmasean and mozzarella cheese to sausage mixture.

Pile the mixture into the mushroom..bake till browned.

Depending on how much cheese you use, it is around 5 carbs and one is definatly enough.
