You guys should check this out. I don't go to Vegas that often but Wynn/Encore have a good promo out through Jan 11 (can book for dates through early July).
Low Rates that include daily buffet breakfast for 2, $100 resort credit (if you stay 4 nights).
Ended up getting an Encore Deluxe King room for $698 (pre-tax) for 4 nights.
