There are LOTS of restaurants on Irlo Bronson (192.) Very reasonably priced. Look for the coupon books which give you even more savings. They used to have them in the check-in area of the hotel and you can find them just about anywhere you go. Please take advantage of them. They'll help cut down costs.
Publix stores are the grocery facilities down there with fairly decent prices. They have 1,001 of them. Someone might want to correct me, but I think the one on International Drive, just north of Irlo Bronson is the closest to Wyndam. It's a little east of I-4 when you exit that expressway. There is a Walgreen's on the corner. There is a Wal-Mart a lllllloooooonnnnnnnggggggggg way away, but don't know if they also carry groceries. It's supposed to be huge, though.
Hope you're no veggan because there is a Black Angus restaurant at the corner of Irlo Bronson and the street the hotel is on. Very good beef.
For seafood, there is an Angel's to the east of the hotel on 192. Some of it is good, some not.
Again, there are lots of restaurants of all different varieties along 192. There are also quite a few on International Drive when you get closer to Universal, just to the north and south of Sand Lake Road. (I think that's the street's name. Sorry, but once you get past 30, 35, 40, 45, I'll stop there, the mind starts slipping fast.) Having your own transportation really opens up a lot of dining opportunities for you.
I'm so jealous. You actually know when you're going. All I know is some time in August!!!
