Wyndham Palms or Little Tiki?

I've been getting ready to make a trade through Interval and these are 2 properties that are coming up consistantly. I'm still a little confused about the Wyndham/Windsor situation. I am referring to the one that is a Tempus property with a mini golf but no movie theater.

Anyway! We'll be traveling with two girls 10 & 12 and the only thing will be doing this trip is Discovery Cove and Sea World. This will leave us spending a lot of time at the resort (DH has an ankle injury and can't do a lot of walking :~( . We enjoy nicer accomodations but the pool area is a big, big thing. I know Little Tiki has a water park for younger children but I'm wondering if my girls will be a little old?

I checked out Tug but most of the reviews on The Palms are somewhat old and left me with the impression that the pools were small. Any info would really be appreciated. There also wasn't a lot of info on location. Not being too familiar with the area, any info on location of these resorts would be great too.

Thanks
Jenn

Can't help with Wyndham but have stayed at Liki Tiki.

The waterpark pool might be a little too junior for your kids but there ar two other pool areas there. I guess it depends what you are looking for in a pool....

New buildings provide good accomodations. make sure you get ground floor because of ankle problem. No real restaurant on site. Try to get one of the 3 buildings that are right on the quiet pool area to save on walking.

Location is about 5 minutes drive away from lots of restaurants etc....

Fairly close to Sea World...

Hope that is some help...

I've stayed at Liki Tiki and enjoyed the complex very much, only 2nd to Vistana as my favorite Timeshare in Orlando area.
We've stayed in the 600 building and newer 800 building, and I don't mind 400-600 section at all, except 700-900 offers a view of the main pool area.
Can't offer you anything on the other option.

FYI -- our next visit will be a stay at Windsor Palms or Emerald Island, non-timeshares.

We stayed at the Tempus resort last year. It is called The Palms. The other one you are referring to is the Windsor Palms. The Palms are very nice and the pool areas are spotless. They have some of the warmest pools I have experienced. The units are beautiful and there are good restraunts with in a 4 miniute ride. They have bikes and sport equipment to check out for free. I think there is a little store there also. It is very nice.
Good luck'

I ended up with Marriott's Cypress Harbour! I was following the availability with interval's online and this one popped up. It was Thursday to Thursday which wasn't my first choice but the resort looked so beautiful, I couldn't resist!

Thanks
