It is definitely more oriented to the convention crowds (IMO). We were there early last year. I wrote an epinion on it if you want the link about it. Or, I can copy and paste the info in email to you.

We got this hotel through priceline last year. It was nice, no disney theming, but it's right across the street from downtown disney. We'd just walk across the street to catch the buses. Our corner room-I thought it was small -overlooked the lake and the wedding pavilion. They had their own buses, but it was iffy (took forever, shared with other downtown disney resorts, etc). I would go back, but not at the rack price.
