Wyndham Lake Buena Vista question

We are leaving in 3 weeks to stay at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. I have always stayed at a Disney owned hotel so this is new to me. I am traveling with my daughter's dance team so we have an itinerary. It says we eat breakfast one morning at T-Rex, one morning at Rainforest Cafe, etc. My question is how long will it take to walk from the hotel to the restaurants in Disney Springs? Is there easy access from the hotel to get over to Disney Springs?

Also, does the hotel have it's own transportation to the parks and does anyone know if it costs money to use it?

Our show this week was all about the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort!

The Resort is located on the corner just across from the Marketplace at Disney Springs. You can get there using the new pedestrian bridges that are there - I'd say it's about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace.
