I’m thinking about trying the hotel, not the resort… I am sure that the rooms are smaller and not suites, and probably the pools aren’t as nice… But I’m trying to find the exact differences or a list of amenities. I read somewhere that the hotel can share the pool with the Waldorf or something like that… I just want to know what comes with the hotel and not the resort and if there are any restaurants on property that we can access or any other things I should know about. Every time I try to search it, the resort comes up. From what I understand it is still on the same property as the resort. Thank you :-)

Hilton shares their pool and lazy river with the Waldorf-Astoria. Wyndham has its own lazy river and pool, and they also rent cabanas. We stayed at the Wyndham hotel for a few days last December and really enjoyed it. Enjoyed it so much that we're planning to stay another week in August. The"resort" ameneities for the Wyndham timeshares are the same as for the hotel guests.

Make sure which hotel you are looking at ... there is the Wyndham in Disney Springs with garden and tower rooms.

There is the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek that is in the middle of Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort. It shares all amenities with the resort.

Wyndham is not attached nor does it share anything with Hilton or Waldorf.

The hotel does have its own bus shuttle to parks included in the resort fee and there is a parking fee. The resort has different parking and shuttle.

Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a timeshare resort that shares amenities with the Wyndham Grand, the hotel. If you stay at the Grand, you have access to the WBC pools and amenities. It’s all on the same property, with the hotel and timeshare buildings forming a ring around the common water features. I’ll be staying there with my family next weekend. We don’t need a suite or kitchen, and we want to use the amazing pools. The Grand is usually less expensive than WBC time shares, but make sure you factor in the resort fee and parking fee, neither of which you’ll pay at the time shares. There is a shuttle between the property and the parks, included if you’re staying at the Grand, but an extra cost if at the timeshares. There are restaurants on site, and the $35 resort fee gives you discounted children’s meals with paying adults. There are no EMH, and you’ll only have the 30-day FP window.

The Hilton Bonnet Creek is the hotel that shares grounds with the Waldorf. You are free to use the Waldorf's pools, fitness center, and restaurant. HBC also has nice pools, including a lazy river, but does not have quite as extensive and child friendly offerings as Wyndham (like the pirate ship pool). The Hilton also has parking fees and an even higher resort fee (currently $45 per night). However, that resort fee gets you a reliable, frequent shuttle to the parks in a comfortable coach bus, and some free and discounted children’s meals when you buy an adult entree at the resort. The Hilton Bonnet Creek also now has EMH access and 60-day FP window.

Both the Hilton Bonnet Creek and the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek are 4 star hotels. Like @HopperFan said, make sure you’re looking at the Bonnet Creek properties, not the Disney Springs hotels, as both Wyndham and Hilton have hotels there that are generally not as nice.
