Wyndham Bonnet Creek - who to book with?

I am heading to WDW in late September with DH, kiddo, and grandparents, and we would like to book at WBC, but I am a bit confused by all the booking options.
What explains the big price difference between Vacation Strategy and Vacation Upgrades? (The quotes I got vary by about $50/night for a 3BR.) Does VU have access to better inventory? Are there other agencies I should consider? I am willing to pay more if there's a big difference in reliability and service. Also, I am looking at mid-week travel dates - does who I book with matter in terms of avoiding having to switch rooms, or is that all determined by Wyndham?
Also, I have read about prices potentially dropping within some window of time before arrival (90 days maybe?). Do any of the agencies let you take advantage of that?

Ken at vacation upgrades was wonderful to work with. We got the 60 day price but ken is good to book now and then will look at the 60 day mark to see if he can get a better rate.

I don't know the difference except that VU I believe owns their points so are more flexible.

Why not keep a check on Ebay, you can get some really good deals for late Sept dates though you may have to wait till July to start seeing them. I could've gotten a 3br pres for about $750 for a whole week about 2 mon before our last trip. Ended up getting a 2 br for $399.

I loved Ken and Denise at Vacation Upgrades. I could have saved about $100 ($10 less per night) going w/someone else, but the peace of mind I felt dealing with a time-proven legit business was worth it to me!

Ken and Denise have never been the least expensive, so the 4 trips i have taken, have not booked with them. I have booked with Laura at Sun or Snow Vacation Rentals and last trip Vacation Strategy. Never had any issues and everything went fine with my trips. Its up to you, what are you most comfortable with? IMO, VS is great to work with!

Here is another vote for Vacation Strategy !! I researched for weeks before booking with them. They had the best rates by far. You can NOT beat their cancellation policy either. They have been fantastic to work with. We are leaving in 9 day I will be happy to report back.

I can say we used Laura at Sun or Snow Vacation Rentals and were wow'd by the way she took such good care of us.
