Wyndham Bonnet Creek-Has anyone...

I have been searching the WBC pages for a couple weeks now and feel as if I haven't even scratched the surface. Soooooooo many pages! (love it though)
I am staying offsite for the first time in 20 years because quite frankly the economy has affected my family as it has so many others. I chose WBC because it was located in the bubble and I got a killer deal (under $90 a night for a 2 BR) on skyauction.
Has anyone used skyauction before? Did you have problems checking in?
Could you request a room view?
I am afraid because I paid so little that I will be stuck in the crappiest room they have. Hopefully this is not the case.

Skyauction is a way for RCI (and a few other folks) to clear out last-minute/over-supplied inventory. I've never used them personally, but others here have. The folks at the resort will have no idea *how* you paid for your room, so about 1-2 weeks in advance, you can call and make a request about placement. But, even a "bad" location at Bonnet is going to be pretty nice.

Thanks Brian! You were right. I just checked the 'guest cerfificate' from skyauction that I need to use at check in and it says RCI on it and doesnt have a price listed on it at all.
