Wyndham Bonnect Creek newbie

Hi everyone!!!

We are EXTREMELY interested in renting a 3 or 4 bedroom for our party of 9 at WBC for May 2016. Problem is, when I input our info...it says unavailable. And it says that for all months prior and after. Do those suites only become available at a certain time? How does one go about renting it? or open to any other suggestions for similar rentals in the area for 9! (4 adults, 2 teens, 3 children)...thank you!!!!

If you own Wyndham timeshare points you can rent this property 10 months out.
If you do not have timeshare connects I suggest www.vacationupgrades.com.
He can rent the property 12 months out and will give you a reasonable price.
We have Wyndham points but I have used Ken Price several times [vacation upgrades] and he is thought very highly on these forums.

We are headed there in a week and we used Ken and Denise Price at Vacation Upgrades. They were fantastic and I just called and our reservation is there and waiting. If you are looking on the Wyndham site then I can't help you because I don't know about it being booked up. I booked with Ken and Denise in October of last year for this May. Since you have 9 people you may also want to check our Windsor Hills as people have said those town homes are great with pools I think. The rates on those are great. You would need a 4 bedroom at WBC so maybe there aren't that many available. The resort has a majority of 2 bedrooms I think.

It's going to be very difficult to get a 4 bedroom. There just aren't many of them. The next availability for a week is February which is when the 10 months is open. May is going to be more difficult because it's more popular so try to get in early.

A 3 BR deluxe (not presidential) will sleep 10 but only with the pull out couch. And they aren't comfortable. We never include it in our bed count, even for our little ones, they would rather not sleep on it.

You've gotten some really good information here! I just wanted to add that you're a bit early for May of next year at this point. Don't get discouraged just yet--check with the various companies that book for stays at this resort, and be sure they know that you're interested in next year, not this year. Since you're looking into this so early, they might be able to come through for you.

It's a gamble, of course, but you might have the best luck on a 4-bedroom MUCH closer to the date. I booked our 4-bdrm presidential for next week (4/27-5/3) March 16th on Ebay. I am extremely happy with the price we got through an Ebay Seller renting-resorts of $191 (total) per night. Maybe you would want to book multiple smaller condos through a place that has a generous cancellation policy and then keep an eye out for the 4 bedroom. Good Luck!
