I am hoping to pass ROFR mid December and become an official member with points by early January. We have friends who want to rent our points for an Aulani stay in mid July for their honeymoon. Should I chance availability and make their reservation as soon as I can (inside the 7 month window)or should I find a member and arrange a rental for them to book exactly at 7 months?

July is a very busy time I would get them to rent from someone who has points available at 7 months and even then it will be difficult.

There was already another thread about a member who wanted to give his son and DIL a honeymoon for June at Aulani and nothing was available at seven months out exactly. They need to find something as soon as possible from a member who owns Aulani and not wait until seven months out.
