Both standard rooms opened up now! I just switch from garden view to standard view at POR but now POFQ just opened up!!! Would you change???

Is there a charge to change? We are staying pofq - garden view. I'd rather just have a standard view but they were not available for our trip when we booked. We are going in June.

You can change if its available without a charge until you get into the 2 weeks before you check in window. Its worth a phone call and see how what they have! good luck

I personally dont like the look of FQ at all. It just doesnt appeal to me. I thought POR is much much prettier. Plus the food court is better, they have bike rentals, and a horse/carriage ride, plus a TS restaurant.

Without knowing your situation, ie kids, other traveling companions, ect, and just going on the resort, I would recommend POR. Just like PP said, I feel POR has a better theme, a better pool, a better food court, more entertainment for the kids and a TS restaurant. But that's my opinion. They are both fine resorts, but my preference leans toward POR everytime.

adult only, Id do pofq, with kids, Id stay por....both are beautiful but there are differences

I think with kids POR, without kids FQ. I like the quieter, smaller FQ and it is a very easy walk, boat or bus ride to Riverside so you can enjoy that resort and all it has to offer. I think with kids there is a little more to do at Riverside.

Both are beautiful and you can't go wrong with either.
