WWYD on your last day?

We will have four park days. But I am thinking CRT is just too much, as fun as it sounds. Im hoping to do Ohana earlier in the trip, so I’m thinking either Chef Mickeys or 1900 Park Fare. We’ve never stayed at GF. My DD and I went over there to see the gingerbread house one year and she loved it.

Adding a day onto a 4 park day ticket won’t be so cheap and IMO not worth a few hours for only breakfast.

I would do a breakfast on the monorail loop.

I would be way too stressed out going to the parks on departure day.

I vote for sleep in, breakfast or brunch somewhere close (Ohana, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey). Browse the shops at your resorts and nearyby resorts etc. I know if it was my family we would for sure spend the morning at the pool just hanging out.

Have fun! :)

Given this, I would go with brunch at 1900 Park Fare. You can take a look at the rest of the main building while you are there, and then take the resort monorail to the Contemporary to look around at the shops. With the money you save from not buying one more day of park tickets, you can get some souvenirs.
This sounds perfect!

We tend to sleep in and hit Disney Springs for a last lunch. Doing a partial park day feels rushed, and a waste of money. Touring the resorts is fun, but we enjoy doing that during the holidays to enjoy the decorations.

We (wife, two kids) always swam the last day and use the shower facilities near the pool. Including at the Poly once. However, once we did an early MK visit before departing. It was a fifth day ticket. We dropped off luggage at Bell Services, grabbed breakfast and then we rope dropped from AKL. We were at MK for 5 hours and then returned to catch the bus to the airport. It was the 5th park day in a row. It was exhausting and a means of challenging the marriage. We agreed to never do more than 3 full park days in a row. We never visited a park on the day we flew out again.

I would vote for doing something more relaxing than going to MK. Like stay until park close the night before, sleep in a bit and go for a nice breakfast.

Agreed. Back around 20 or so years, a fifth (even a fourth!) day was a cheap add on. Those days are no longer. If you don't have "White Lotus" money, I would not add another park day in this scenario.

Doesn't the Grand Floridian have a character breakfast anymore?

Lol, definitely no White Lotus money here. I think we will do try to do either Chef Mickeys or 1900 Park Fare breakfast.

Oops, I didn't see Park Fare mentioned in your original post somehow. I personally think that's a better choice all 'round, except there is no Mickey.

Option 4. You’ll be tired at that point in the vacation and need to pack up. Make a lunch reservation at Poly and enjoy a slower day.
