Being FL Residents we can purchase Tables in Wonderland for $100.

TIW lets you eat at a load of restaurants and get 20% off your bill. I called today and asked if there were any black out days.. and of course!

They blacked out Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years Eve. Our honeymoon falls over these dates (12.23-12.31) and we were hoping to eat at the pricier restaurants on those days/nights... of course! :rolleyes1

But, now I am wondering if it would STILL be worth the $100 to get it for the rest of the honeymoon. We don't eat at Table Service a lot but probably will eat there more over the honeymoon.

So, think it's worth it?

We purchased the TIW card when we changed over our vouchers for annual passes, and we were there for a Thurs-Mon trip, and already made our $75 back and then some. Even if you have a couple black out dates, i think it's worth it - we loved having it.

Between the discount on alcohol and the valet parking, this us always a better deal for us than any "free dining" no sense. We will never be without one! One spendy meal and it about pays for itself!

I think TiW is a great deal. Once you spend $500 on table service, the card pays for itself. When you're splurging (like a honeymoon), and with how overpriced alcohol is in Disney, you get to $500 pretty quickly. I would say it's probably still worth it for you.

Also, when we bought the card, it was $75 for APs. Are they not running that promo anymore?

I definitely think you will find it's a very good deal. I paid $75 for mine (annual passholder) in April and just over that 3 day weekend, saved more than it cost. (we tend to do table service for lunch and dinner most days though...). Basically, it saves you the cost of the tip on your meals...but that can really add up. Even if with the blackout days, I think you'll still find it a great value...and it's good for 13 months, so if there is any chance you'll be back at all during the next 13 months, you'll DEFINITELY get lots of value.

AND--regarding the blackout dates...one of the days we were there was Easter Sunday. It was a blackout day, but we tried it anyway, and they let us use it both for lunch and for a very spendy dinner (with wine!!). I was fully expecting them to say no, but what a nice surprise when they didn't! I think it really depends on the restaurant and how busy they are. Assume they WON'T accept it that day, so you won't be disappointed..but you COULD MAYBE get lucky....

Good luck!!

Well it is good for the whole year so if you plan on going back at least once within the year then it should be worth it.

We priced out how much we thought we would spend at restaurants during our last trip and calculated an estimated 20% of it. That 20% was well over the $75 I paid so it was worth it. Also its good for a year, so I am sure you will return and use it again maybe :thumbsup2

Keep in mind it adds a 18% gratuity whenever you use it...but still to me worth it!
