I just realized that MK has early magic hours from 8-9 the day we have breakfast reservations for BOG. We have never done breakfast there ( only dinner so we have seen the beast ). Should I cancel it? The main reason for the reservation really was to get in early and be done before 9 to get some no lines rides...lol ( probably one lol ) Thanks

I already has FP for the 7 dwarfs ( we haven't done that one ) late in the afternoon. The princesses at night and Peter pan at 11 am.

I am thinking to cancel and then be there by 8, take our time in Main Street- go see Mickey Mouse early ...etc.

What do you think?

If your motivation was to get in early, you should cancel. Like you already know, you'd missing out on the best hour of touring.

If you truly love BOG and this is the only ADR you have, and you have another day in MK that you can RD, then keep it.

BOG for breakfast was disappointing to me. (I already did lunch and dinner prior) I ordered one of the open-faced breakfast sandwiches, and the bread was hard as a rock, making the sandwich tough to eat, and a runny mess after the egg yokes broke.

I would just get there for at the start of EMH and get as much done as possible.

Thanks .. We have never done breakfast at BOG so not really set on it. I was hoping for a relax breakfast lol but still with a bit of free time before the masses come in...lol but with the Extra hours that's gone ... I guess we will enjoy breakfast in the room at 7 am... :)

We'd def. cancel. No way in the world would I pay (and especially BOG prices) to sit in a building for breakfast in the park during the time that the parks going to be open and at its least crowded. It's probably too late now, but maybe you could try for a lunch there if you're really set on eating there.

As OP's have said, I would cancel & use the EMH for touring. DH & I ride all our fav's in Fantasyland in just over an hour, several of the rides are walk ons. It's a fun hour-enjoy your trip!

Without a doubt, i'd CANCEL! You've been to BOG already plus most importantly, your missing out on some awesome touring times. You did say the whole point to BOG was to get in the park early. This is a no brainer. I'd rather be touring the parks and grabbing a quick breakfast or snack later on. Then maybe an early lunch?

Thanks so much. I am going to cancel and change my plans after giving it more thought and reading this.....

Instead of spending the morning walking in Main Street and taking character pictures I am going to head down first to the 7D rides ( hoping my kids agree to ride the roller coaster lol ugh ) and ride the other rides as well.... hopefully we can do a bit there ( then I can cancel the FP and hopefully get one for Mickey later or just do the line - my kids love Mickey )

Yep. We accidentally did that at CP on our very first time to MK back in 2010. Walked up to find the hours had changed. We all needed to eat so even though it was before they charged a fee we went ahead and ate. As the park filled up. :(

Cancel -- This is why they started offering Early Morning Magic .. they realized that people were paying for breakfasts usually JUST to get inside the parks early, so why not just offer that as a stand-alone service :). They probably had good metrics on who was just getting the reservations and paying the penalty or just getting the bare minimum.

Between the early morning magic and the new Welcome Show at the Castle .. the benefits of those PPO breakfasts are diminishing.
