Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone here has used them for anything? I saw that they do Mickey head fans/programs and they looked really neat, but before I called them I wanted to check with you all first!! Because I know you all know what you're talking about!!

Any opinions/thoughts etc?

I am currently involved with Shelly from Impressions:

She is very nice, but I will say her prices are a tad high.. I have not recieved my invites yet -- so I will let you know if the price was worth it..

Also you need to be patient, cause she is very busy and it does take a little bit longer..

Once invites arrive -- should be mailed out tomorrow.. I will post and let you know my final thoughts.

I looked into the mickey head fans and they are really expensive for programs. I was looking at about 100 and they were roughly $600. Also the price doesn't go down that much if you want less.

we used Impressions and can not recommend them
I know some brides had a nice experience but ours unfortunately was not

I was just going to say the same thing. I am making my own. I am making mine similar to what Sandy (lov2b@disney) did. They are beautiful! I think there is a picture in her TR and PJ of them.

I am using Shelley with Impressions for several items at the reception, and she has been wonderful! The prices are higher, but she does amazing work! The samples that you see at Frank's are done by her.

We used Shelley and it worked out great. We did Carlson Craft invites and a custom reception card. We wanted custom invites, but would have needed about 70, and that would have been just way too expensive. If we had only needed 20 then we probably would have gone that route. We used her address service, too, and she mailed out our invites for us. If you don't want to spend or have the time to do it, it is completely worth the money.

Of course, we did our own programs and favors, though...

I worked with Shelley on my invitations and I cannot give her enough praise, she was absolutely wonderful. I know some DIS brides have had bad experiences with Impressions so I was nervous using them. The prices were a bit high but for the service I received it was well worth it.

I made some minor mistakes with my invitation formatting and Shelley was on the phone walking me through each line to make sure it read perfect. After our call she said the invitations would be going to the printer. Two days later they were on my doorstep all boxed up nice and tidy. Not a single spelling error and formatting was perfect! She was also kind enough to provide me with a copy of the font used on our invitations so I could use it on other projects if I'd like. Really I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided.

Impressions is the dealer that Disney uses as well. Through Disney they made our cake topper and favors.
