OK, we were on vacation for 4 days. 2 days were counted in last week and, I managed to have about 4 flex points left over but, 2 days were counted in for this week and, I was over the minute I came home and entered everything!
Mind you, I came home with a 2 lb loss but, I'm thinking it's gonna bite me "you know where" on Monday's weigh in!
PLUS, we went out to eat again tonight and, I used about 5 flex points but, I was already OVER when I started this week.

So, how FAR over have you gone and, what was the result?
This is the first time in 11 weeks I've gone SO FAR over. Before this, I hardly ever dipped into flex points. I'm worried.

The other important thing is to get right back on plan and move forward. We're in this for life....so a bad week now and then isn't going to permanently de-rail us!
