Also saw the light show on Hogwarts, the HP stars and best of all JW conducting the LAPhil on video
Guess it's time to head back to my old stomping grounds, although I want first to get back to US Orlando to see Diagon Alley, Cali is about a 1/4 the distance of Orlando....

One last thing to add. UH has a First in Line pass, compared to UO's Express pass. Well at UH, you get the Forbidden Journey line as well. I didn't get it but I saw them all skip ahead. Those plus the VIPs also skipped the lines.

Took a 2nd ride on FJ at about 5pm and wait time was 1/2 hr.

So Hollywood was nothing like Orlando. We first got on Forbidden Journey in under 10-15 mins. It's better than Orlandos IMO, not cuz of 3D but cuz of better lighting and more screen resolution ( even the interactive pictures are clearer). Then on to FotH. Again 15 min wait. At 3:22pm FJ wait is 110 min and FotH is 50. FotH seems faster and since its on a hill you get a nice view on initial drop. 3 broomsticks has a bigger menu. I got ribs which were real good. Feet are already killing me and we're staying for dinner (since it's my daughters bd).

Glad your daughter had such a birthday to remember.........sounds like you had such a fun day........glad you decided to go after all........doesn't sound bad waits at all compared to Orlando opening.........
