WWOHP Expansion Talk...

Figured talk about this would be coming soon...Found this bit of information on the Save Pleasure Island Blog which may be our first confirmation that the expansion is coming...This guy is usually correct about what is going on...Here, he talks about a possible Animal Kingdom expansion, which leads to to the WWOHP expansion talk too...

"Sources say Adventurers Club will be returning to the new land that is definitely going to be built in Animal Kingdom. The plans have already been drawn and interestingly, the very same company has also already drawn the plans for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter expansion at Islands of Adventure! I have no information though on the more important question: When?"

It is mentioned half way down the page, but just in the blurb I pasted above.
Who knows how he gets his information...I just thought it was interesting that this is the first that I have heard of any concrete plans actually being drawn up for the WWOHP expansion.

There was an article in the Sentinel a while back about this. They reported there was a clause in the contract that stated Universal had to keep the area updated while the movies were being released and had to incorporate new characters into the area...which could mean new attractions. I think the general thought is the rest of The Lost Continent will be converted into an expanded WWoHP.

Of course...no one knows if that's true so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

I'm excited about the prospect of them expanding even before I have seen WWoHP yet lol.

Would any of you like them to convert Poesidon Furry into some sort of Harry Potter attraction?
I like Poesidon but it doesn't seem as popular as it was.

No idea what they could do. Maybe swap the fight of Poesidon, for Harry and Voldermort or something like that.
The fight scene at the end of the Order of the Phoenix was very cool. When the Death Eaters find Harry and the others in Ministry of magic.

Anyway what would you guys like to see maybe?

They may want to wait a bit so they can pay off some of the debt incurred by building WWOHP in the first place. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing the entire Lost Continent get lost.

To be honest I think Lost Continent is visually there best area. at night is has such a great atmosphere.
I remember when i first went it reminded me on Xena Warrior Princess lol.

But if it means more HP so be it

The Lost Continent is beautifully themed but doesn't have much to offer in the way of attractions. I'd like to see Harry Potter made larger too.
